Elementary Faith Formation (Religious Education Pre-k through 5)
In unanimity with our Parish Mission, our Religious Education program also strives to foster within our children a profound love and fidelity to God and to our Catholic Faith. Our classes this year will begin on September 22, 2024.
Elementary Grades 1st - 5th
Our parish is offering Elementary Faith Formation classes this year in two tracks. There will be a Text Book track offered for grades 1 to 5 on Sundays from 10:15am - 11:45am and on Wednesdays 4:00pm to 5:30pm. We are also offering Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (a Montessori program) Level I for ages 3-5 and Level II for ages 6-9. The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd classes will be offered on Sundays after Mass 10:15am - 11:45am, on Wednesdays 4:00pm - 5:30pm and on Thursdays 9:30am - 11:00am. Our classes this year will begin on September 22, 2024, for Sunday Classes, September 25, 2024, for Wednesday classes and September 26, 2024, for Thursday classes.
Sacramental Preparation - First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion
We provide Sacramental Preparation for baptized children who have reached the Age of Reason. This is a year long preparation in conjunction to their Regular Faith Formation classes.
