The Sacrament of Confirmation

We are so excited for you! You are about to embark on an amazing journey!

Our program goal is to:

  • Invite each candidate into a deep Relationship with Christ

  • Strengthen each candidate’s Identity in Christ

  • Prepare each candidate to the Mission of following Christ

It is a time for our teens to recognize the importance of their Relationship, Identity, and Mission God wants to share with them, but to do this they also need the proper “STEPS” to deepen their knowledge of Christ and experience their faith.

The goal of this preparation is achieved through components of catechesis (instruction in the Faith), liturgy (public prayer and sacraments), service, and community building activities. This is completed through a STEPS program developed by Christopher Westly (Rebuilding Confirmation: Because We Need More Than Another Graduation, 2017)
